  • Led product for an 11-person technology team, owning the full delivery cycle from requirements through release.
  • Built the planning system that distilled annual work items from top management into quarterly goals and weekly sprints, creating a traceable path from company strategy to what shipped each week.
  • Designed and built the base architecture and codebase for ARC Ride's new mobile app, now running in 3 markets beyond Ghana.
  • Turned business and rider requirements into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria, contributing directly to solution design, code, and testing alongside the team.
  • Led the rollout of the Ghana platform and swap-station network, using platform metrics and rider feedback to steer each release.

Project Manager, Ghana Market Launch

  • Set up ARC Ride's Ghana operation from zero, hiring the founding 3-person team and standing up a battery-as-a-service business.
  • Deployed the first 600 bikes into service within the operation's first eight months, and built operations to support a 2,500-bike ecosystem across 67 swap stations and 10 battery-swapping hubs.
  • Sized the battery network at four batteries per bike: two riding with the bike and two charging in swap stations across Accra, so a rider swaps in minutes instead of waiting on a charge.
  • Secured vehicle homologation, the manufacturer's license, EPA certification, and compliance across 7+ national and district regulators (Energy Commission, Factory Inspectorate, Customs, Ghana Revenue Authority, district assembly, among others).
  • Managed inbound shipment logistics and tax compliance for imported product.
